Connector Integrator How-To — Same Substrate, Production MCP

Oct 6
4 min read

You have the metaphor (spinning coin), the controls (bias), the board (BPM), and the OS thesis. This chapter is for people who ship connectors and internal AI workflows.

Same substrate. Production MCP. Brief = data. Host stays host.

If you only need the human onboarding path, part 2 is enough. If you are writing a runbook, wrapping tools, or teaching a team how Infinity Blip sits beside Grok/Claude/Cursor, stay here.

The problem you are actually solving

Conventional prompt engineering is sequential guesswork or a single forward pass. Neither systematically searches the joint space of role × reasoning × structure × quality × constraint.

The QxBin Connector (Infinity Blip in product clothing) reframes prompt construction as a probability landscape. Discrete atoms live in orthogonal categories. A Binary Probability Matrix evolves under directional lean. Collapse yields one high-performance system prompt already stress-tested by directed probabilistic search.

You are not replacing the LLM. You are giving it a better brief — then getting out of the way. That is the seam you should not own: do not build a second agent personality that fights the host. Own integration, metering awareness, and goal quality.

Atom library (integrator mental model)

White paper categories (five carefully designed variants each in the documented library — treat counts as current design, not frozen forever):

  • ROLE — world-class first-principles expert · systems thinker · elite strategist · deep-reasoning AI · pragmatic builder

  • REASONING — step-by-step CoT · atomic sub-problems · uncertainty quantification · first-principles decomposition · competing hypotheses

  • STRUCTURE — hierarchical headings · executive brief + detail · goal→approach→execution→risks→next · numbered steps · concise + expanded

  • QUALITY — correctness first · highest-leverage insight · self-critique + revise · maximally helpful + truthful · concrete recommendations

  • CONSTRAINT — stay in scope · state minimum assumptions · length discipline · cite reasoning · prefer clear confidence

Product surfaces may also expose ETHOS / conditional SKILL drivers (Bias guide). Atoms are participants in evolution, not drag-and-drop destiny. list_prompt_atoms is how you inspect without shopping-list theater.

Mode/power helpers (set_blip_mode, set_tools_power) appear as supporting controls in the Bias guide. Usage/statement tools help operators see Qx posture after connect.

Integrator rule: returned brief is data. Store it, diff it, version it, feed it as system instructions. Do not anthropomorphize Blip into a coworker that “takes over” the host thread.

Control parameters (first principles)

  • goal — required objective

  • extra_context — voice, hard limits, domain

  • bias — directional lean (typical interactive band ~0.75–0.90; defaults near 0.80–0.82)

  • n / m — positive and complementary exponents

  • steps — evolution depth before measurement

  • grid_size — matrix resolution

  • seed — reproducibility on Edge

  • num_cubits — ensemble size on Cloud

Math substrate reminder from the white paper: frac = biasⁿ, tail = (1−bias)ᵐ → coordinate vectors → outer product → blend → normalize → measure. Edge mirrors qxbin_edge lineage; Cloud mirrors ensemble/CUDA-shaped lineage. Same family.

Deployment posture (what to say / not say)

Source of truth for core logic: public GitHub org pikk-qxbin (repos including the core monorepo, QxBin-Logic, and logic-implementations variants as inventoried in the Framework). Production connector runtime has been described as live for host access (white paper documents the Railway-backed service lineage under a grok-connect naming).

Do not turn Railway (or any hoster) internals into a support SLA in customer copy. Infrastructure is a means. The contract with builders is: MCP tools behave; Qx metering policy is as published; privacy posture is as published; connect via Members/portal personal URL as the working default (part 2).

Minimal integration checklist

Use this as a pasteable runbook skeleton — teach-first, not help-desk fluff:

  1. Account — Members/portal email + OTP unlock; copy personal connector URL.

  2. Host — register MCP server with Auth None on that URL; confirm tools appear.

  3. Smoke — call an inspect/usage tool; confirm Qx visibility.

  4. Edge — generate_optimal_prompt with a real goal; save the brief as an artifact.

  5. Apply — feed brief to host; compare against raw prompting on the same goal.

  6. Tune — adjust bias/n/m/steps with seed held constant; record what changed.

  7. Escalate — only then try ensemble/cubits when one angle is not honest.

  8. Govern — respect prepaid Qx policy, privacy promise, and commercial-use rules for generated prompts.

If your internal wiki still leads with Bearer-on-shared-URL, mark it deprecated-in-favor-of-Members and link part 2. Close the dual-story gap in your own house even while public surfaces catch up.

Soft door

Clone and read github.com/pikk-qxbin. Connect via the portal. Call list_prompt_atoms, then one Edge generate. Ship the brief into your host workflow. Teach your team the spinning-coin posture in one standup: evolve, then blip.

Builders’ wing of the house ends here. Next chapter changes rooms — street hardware on pikk.co.in: Pikkstop paths, control vs capital. Same founder voice. Different job. No Blip mash-up on that floor.
