How-to: File a Brief So You Can Reuse It

A Blip brief is data. Treat it like any other artifact in your work: something you can store, compare and improve. Why it is data, not a persona: part 01.

1. Save the brief as a file the moment it comes back. Do not leave it buried in chat scroll.

2. Save the inputs next to it: goal, extra context, mode (Edge or Cloud), bias, n, m, steps, grid_size and seed.

3. Name it by task, not by date alone. "launch-email-brief" is easier to find than "brief-7".

4. Diff before you redo. When you rerun with one knob changed, compare the new brief line by line against the old one.

5. Version what works. Keep the brief that needed the least human repair, and note why.

6. Feed it to the host as the brief. Your model writes the deliverable. Blip does not take over the thread.

Seeded Edge runs repeat for a given configuration. With the inputs on file, you can reproduce a good brief instead of hoping to land on it again.

That is Kaizen in a folder: small, logged improvements that compound.

Soft door: start your brief folder with one Edge call from Members.
